Advisors to Hillary Clinton are worried that Democratic white men are lying to pollsters and secretly plan to vote for Republican Donald Trump.
"I worry that there is a bit of a secret Trump vote," said influential pollster Celinda Lake.
She has proof revealed in polls that find more white male support when live people are doing the interviewing and less support for Clinton in anonymous online surveys.
"The pattern is in the online surveys, even if you control for demographics, Trump does three to nine points better than in telephone surveys. So it really does suggest that there is a secret vote for Donald Trump," said Lake

A Call to Action !
Fellow Freepers, Fellow Citizens. Please allow me to ask a favor of all of you on behalf or our country. It has been but little more than a few hours since Donald J. Trump gave his speech accepting the Republican nomination for the Presidency of the United States. No doubt many of you were as moved as I was by a man who genuinely loves America and is not afraid to stand up in front of the world and proclaim that love. If this was a rational and sane time in our nation’s history that would be the end of it, Donald Trump would win the Presidency by a huge margin and it may well be that he will, God willing, but almost immediately the ideologues on the left have gone on record as calling the speech “darkly distopian”, “fascistic’, and even an example of “white identity politics”. These Ideologues are few in number, perhaps 10 percent of the voting population but their influence is multiplied far out of proportion by the fact that they have embedded themselves in our news media, in print, television and on the web. The Fourth Estate has become the Fifth Column.
If these were rational and sane times our current President would never have even been considered qualified to be on the ballot let alone elected twice to the highest office on the planet. If these were rational and sane times the presumptive nominee of the Democrat party would be in prison for high crimes and misdemeanors. The same Fifth Column that colluded to manipulate previous elections is now be out in force to sabotage the election of Donald J. Trump.
The ratings for this speech will be out tomorrow and, no doubt they will be HUGE, as they should be, but for every one of us who took the time to watch what could and should be considered a defining moment in our nation’s history, I’m sorry to say that there are probably ten or twenty or fifty who did not. These are the “low information voters”. The good news is that, for the most part they are not of the rabid left, the bad news is that they get their information about reality through the filter of the Fifth Column. This is where we, ALL of us can make a difference.
May I suggest that, in terms of sheer numbers, we (fellow Freepers and Conservatives) have a much bigger “audience” than the Moonbat media. Our meme should encompass the Web, social media and face to face communication, in groups both large and small. If you’ve listened to El Rushbo for any length of time, you have heard him say, (I’m paraphrasing now), that we Freepers and Conservatives have to be the people that our friends, neighbors and fellow workers go to when they have questions about politics and the events of the day. We probably won’t change the minds of any Moonbats, but we can reach the far more “normal” American Citizens who are just not as politically aware as those of us who spend a great deal of our time following politics and not reality T.V.
Case in point, several years ago a bunch of my neighbors and myself were gathered around the bonfire and the conversation turned to Sarah Palin and how stupid she was, at which point it fell to me to set the assembled masses straight on just how much misinformation they were parroting from the 5th columnist commentators. When asked who I would vote for in 2012, I said I’d vote for Palin in a heartbeat. People were shocked, but they wanted to hear more. Somebody else then spoke up for Sarah and the discussion that followed lasted for several minutes. In the end I just said “Don’t just take my word for it, do the research yourself”. I’d like to think at least a few minds were changed, or at least pointed in the right direction.
Speak up, speak out, tell the people the truth!. WE need to step up and let them know who Donald J. Trump is and counter all the lies and distortions from the drive-by media. The propaganda arm of the Regime won’t do the job that a formerly free press used to do, it’s up to US now.
What we, (Freepers, et all) have, thanks to current technology is the ability to go head to head against the professionals. If you can write an editorial, edit a video or contribute whatever God given talents you have, please consider the fact that you don’t need to be a part of of a media empire with millions of dollars of hardware to be heard. We can help make a difference using consumer level technology that produces results as good as if not better than the print media or television networks had a mere twenty years ago. All of us have to become our own media outlets. Its not enough to assume that the people will hear the truth, in fact we know those who rely on the mainstream media won’t. WE have to get the message out. WE have to become little Brietbarts. WE have to become assistant communicators for the Trump campaign. WE are, after all, Freepers. I have no doubt that any one of you who are on this forum is more than capable of promoting and defending the Patriot’s point of view.
The very future of this Country and our Freedom depend on who will become our next President and WE must do everything in our power to counter the forces of darkness arrayed against us!

The dems have long proposed that voting be mandatory, making refusal to participate a misdemeanor punishable by fines.
As for the concept of "secret ballot", it seems naive to believe that technological advances haven't rendered it obsolete.
As we've seen with the IRS being politically weaponized against those on the right and the GOP Congress unwilling to rein them in, voting for Trump could have very real consequences as Secretaries of State share electoral results with their departments of revenue and the IRS.

Ive always said, I don’t know how any “real man” could vote Democrat.
I enlisted and was in the US Army Infantry by the age of 18, I was serving under Reagan and from Basic Training on, it was beat into our skulls that you NEVER vote Democrat.
Only Dem I vote for is our County Auditor, Dusty Rhodes, a genuine good man in my book. He is an old school JFK ask not Democrat, he takes quite a few slings and arrows from the local Dem party but he is one of those guys who will be in office til he retires or dies because everyone votes for him.
