Trump reminds us of the ultimate intelligent fly fisher, who knows the waters and his target.
He casts the attractor fly, moves it around in their water and makes them very angry. They lose control and strike his fly in anger.
Then, he sets the hook and brings them in with the fly hooked in their gaping/stupid lips in full view of the tv cameras.
After landing them for the world to see them with his hook in their gaping mouth, he lets them go! Think of Jeb during the primaries.
He does this without paying a nickel for tv ads.

Russia is obligated by treaty to cooperate on legal matters. These emails were under subpoena in a federal criminal investigation. Calling for Russia to turn them over is in accordance with the treaty. That treaty was signed by Bill Clinton
