I go with the cough lozenge. And dollars to donuts her pupils are pinpointed. Find another photo to see. If they need to kill that coughing even further at the medulla level, she may have taken an opioid to fix her right up.
And if her pupils are normal size instead of pinpoint, that just means she may have taken a few hits from a Bernie-Bong to stretch that pupillary action back out a bit.

And that is why I’m thinking they’ll never allow her to be put in a situation with Donald Trump where she “has to wing it.” Tightly controlled, scripted, and the questioners and audience highly controlled. They typical candidate does not offer up a health assessment from their private physician unless there is good cause for it. She did this - months ago.

Yeah, I agree. You see what happened to Rick Perry on opioids (for his back surgery) during that infamous debate. Not a good idea to throw her out there with that stuff in her system.
Whenever she smiles she always opens her mouth wide. She can’t seem to smile without doing it.
