Venereal wart. Yes, you can get them on your tongue and this looks like one.

I started to post a picture of an example but thought better of it.

It mostly shows genital warts but there are a few examples of them in the mouth and on the tongue. Very contagious.

Thank you - that explains it. I have noticed that constant plastered on open mouthed smile on her for a long time now and it really made me mad because it felt sooo orchestrated and I just wasn’t sure why.
