Insiders: Hillary's speech was a winner

PHILADELPHIA — Hillary Clinton’s acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention helped to ease party insiders’ anxiety after a week in which Donald Trump rode a modest bounce from the GOP convention into a neck-and-neck race with Clinton in the general election.
That’s according to The POLITICO Caucus — a panel of activists, strategists and operatives in 11 key battleground states. Three quarters of Democratic insiders said following Clinton’s speech closing the Democratic convention here Thursday night they are “very confident” about her chances of defeating Trump in November.
Trump “will never again be even in this race,” predicted one Iowa Democrat — who, like all respondents, completed the survey anonymously. Added a Nevada Democrat: “I bet she gets a bump [in the polls].”
“Hillary hit a home run tonight,” added a North Carolina Democrat. “It was refreshing to actually hear a candidate discuss what she will actually do as president. The American people heard her load and clear. They will elect her in November.”

Someone needs to tell these Clinton people its time to go home to Arkansas and shut the hell up.

Hillary wormed her way into the Senate, then she screwed up the State Dept.

Yet another proofreading problem, or a freud-o.
There is an explanation for this.
Politico got their hands on Grade-A LSD from some university lab and spiked the drinks they gave the “insiders”.
Then the interviews began.
I can write a poll of anonymous DEM operators too, and come to the opposite conclusion - that her speech bombed with the audience, and she is going to lose the election.
No surprise the crowd liked it. She pandered to them (free college, kill Wall St, etc) and they are too stupid to realize it was all lies. Most people in the real world are not going to fall for it.

So why didn’t they ask the Dem insiders the same question about Hillary’s speech? I’m sure they did but they chose not to publish the results. I wonder why. Instead they show us a the results of a more generic question about how may believe she will win.
Politico...you’re dishonesty is so easy to spot.
Now if I were truly cynical, I might suspect that the original article did have the response to the same question they asked Republicans, but the editor at the DNC drew a line through it and told them to put something in that made Hillary’s speech look better.
