Dickerson tries to make the Khan/Trump dustup a function of Trump's initiative to criticize Khan; and press silence on Mrs. Smith a function of honorable discretion on the part of Hillary.
But the difference, the reason Trump talks about Khan, and the reason that Hillary does not talk about Mrs. Smith, is the same reason - the press asked Trump about Khan, and the press did not ask Hillary about Mrs. Smith.
The press is the DEM party offense machine, so Hillary can take the high road (or claim to). Transparent as can be. Unrepentant liars, dishonorable people.

I saw a speech therapist the other day because I've had a chronic cough since last September. We've finally determined that it is probably stress related. Before I begin my official therapy, the therapist gave me a few ideas on combating the cough, one of which is sucking on lozenges, specifically Werther's Original or butterscotch. When I saw people commenting on her tongue, this is immediately what came to mind.
By the way....did anybody see that Khan guy on CNN’s Late Edition?

He said Senate Majority Leader and Speaker of House should chastise Trump for talking bad at him. And NO, the Clinton campaign did NOT write his speech, of course not.
Then he said that reason wife did not speak was because she breaks up to speak about dead son. Then Khan begins to cry that Trump is so mean to expect his wife to sob on live TV....what a mean man.
Wonder how much they paid him, amazed they had to go back twelve years to find a Muslim soldier’s family, so shocked that it is just so obvious.
