Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has surged to a 15-point lead over reeling, gaffe-plagued Republican Donald Trump, according to a new McClatchy-Marist poll.
Clinton made strong gains with two constituencies crucial to a Republican victory – whites and men – while scoring important gains among fellow Democrats, the poll found.
Clinton not only went up, but Trump also went down. Clinton now has a 48-33 percent lead, a huge turnaround from her narrow 42-39 advantage last month.
The findings are particularly significant because the poll was taken after both political conventions ended and as Trump engaged in a war of words with the parents of Army Capt. Humayun Khan, who was killed in an explosion in Iraq 12 years ago while trying to rescue other soldiers.

They seem kind of biased.
And they left out almost a full week of the L.A. Times daily tracking poll when he was ahead. Today, they included it when Killary was up just under 1%.
Well I guess the good news here is in a poll where 50% of respondents were Democrats, Hillary can’t get to 50%

Why are people surprised .. the Clintons/DemocRATS have been doing this for years and years.
They usually over sample DemocRATS/Independents .. even though the district may be mainly Republican. That’s shows you how crooked they are.

I was told the last two elections not to believe the polls....that they were just liberal number skewing. Well...they turned out to have shown less support for Obama than he actually got. Don’t mean to burst anyone’s bubble here, but Trump must win Ohio, Florida, and Pennsylvania to win in November....especially if he loses Colorado. He is fighting a very difficult, uphill battle and it will be only by God’s grace if he wins.
In 2012 election the split between Democrat/Republican was 6 points, not 12, so erase 6right off the top, then add the five they erased from Trump’s lead with Independents, and Hillary has a 4 point lead.
