I just saw a Trump ad featuring Hillary saying, "I short circuited." Well, that's a start, but more needs to be done and there is plenty more material to...play with. That you tube I can't put up on the board can be excerpted for starters.
I’m thinking that the reporter (who eventually “freaked-out”) extending her phone to record a response, may have been the trigger for her fit.
Notice how |->| turns to face the reporter and comes very close to the phone as it was extended, She responded by backing away and then the blinking and hod-bobbing started.

dehydrate you, which can cause permanent brain damage. ~
lower the body’s temperature, which can lead to hypothermia.
lower your blood sugar levels, so you could have seizures. ~
Alcohol poisoning symptoms:
It can be a very fine line. One minute your house guest is stupidly drunk, the next they’ve become dangerously intoxicated.
Being aware of alcohol poisoning symptoms is crucial, because if a person you care about is suffering from acute alcohol poisoning, they will be in no state to help themselves.

I suspect that more is going on but alcohol can certain contribute to such problems, and can exacerbate whatever else is happening.
Actually chronic alcoholism can cause all of her problems and is available to her 24/7.
