Involvement of state AG's is an eye-opener....b/c earlier, Wall Street whistleblower Charles Ortel found irregularities of a sufficient magnitude that the Clinton Foundation should be shut down.

Ortel: if any of the 50 state attorneys general present the evidence to a federal district judge, an injunction would be ordered, shutting down the Clinton Foundation and placing the organization in receivership.

NOTE The buzz is the C/F got IRS' okay to raise funds for the Arkansas Clinton Library....not as a global "do-good." Certainly not approved as a global money-raking Lobbying Firm.

Wall Street whistleblower Charles Ortel quoted a former managing director of Dillon, Read & Co thusly: "under New York law, tax authorities dont have to show criminal intent to get convictions against foundation officials."

The fly in the ointment is that although the Clinton Family Foundation is
headquartered in NY, the Clinton Global Initiative Foundation is
headquartered in Arkansas.

The C/F got IRS approval ONLY to raise funds for the Arkansas Library.

NOT as a global business/lobbying entity operating w/ tax-free money.

While I’m not positive this may well be the story that “Ad Guy” was referring to. It has recently broken. Although for those who paid closer attention it was noted in the past that while the FBI hat 160 agents delving into the Clintons affairs only 14 were on the server and the rest on the Foundation.

The Clinton foundation has collected over $2 billion in the 15 years it has been in existence. More than 1,000 of these contributions are reported to come from foreigners and their names and contribution figures are not being disclosed.

I'm not angry and my temper never flared. I'm not going after anyone. I asked for a source for a story that he claimed "broke" two days ago and all I get is this run around.

Throwing out a big claim of some breaking news and never saying what it is or giving a source then tossing in an insult to the whole forum is pretty much the definition of trolling. That's trolling 101. It's Trolly troll trolling. There is no more trollish trolling prank possible.
