Hillary Clinton has—for better or worst—decided to run as the first major party candidate in the history of the United States to make hollowing out core constitutional rights a key plank in her presidential platform.
Clinton’s public views on the human right to bear arms have not just shifted radically to a statist bent; she has also made that desire to attack this core right one of the driving focuses of her 2016 campaign.
And while 1/3 of the firearms in this nation joined the market within less than a decade, much to the alarm and disgust of gun control supporters, guess what happened to violent crime?
It’s plummeted.
The media hype about a spike in mass shootings is likewise a lie, or more precisely, “a redefined truth.” The traditional definition of a mass shooting has always been “four or more people killed in a single event that is not a familicide, terrorist attack, or a gang-related event.” Within the past two years, however, the mainstream media arbitrarily switched to completely different definition created by a self-described anti-gun propagandist, where any shooting in which four people are injured is mass shooting.
According to this new hysteria-inducing definition of “mass shootings” there were more than 400 mass shootings in the United States in 2015.
In reality there were just four mass shootings in the United States in all of 2015.

Hillary does not want to ban guns.

She wants laws that allow her to disarm her opponents and to arm her supporters.
Her entire political career has been one bold, direct, and intentional lie to the American people.

there are, IMO, at least two key things that they wish to accomplish through gun control legislation:
obviously removing any and all means of resistance to their future globalist socioeconomic agenda is the primary goal.
turning their political opponents into felons is another goal because felons can be sent to prison, disenfranchised, ruined, and legally murdered by the government. They know we won't turn them over and that's how they want it.
They would like nothing more than to see us turned into enemies of law enforcment and, if possible, the U.S. military.
Ultimately, they want to watch us being murdered by their government on MSNBC. They want us dead and gone, do not suppose otherwise.
I suspect she accepts Agenda 21 and wants to abolish 85% of the earths population
Not enough effort is spent by us, the victims, stomping on such blatant dishonesty,bordering on criminality.
That isn't really the point of the article. Her aim is to have the PLCAA act repealed removing the protection against frivolous lawsuits against manufacturers, distributors resellers and others.
Imagine what it would be like if a car maker, or dealer could be sued for the misuse or criminal use of their products every time someone was killed or injured where the manufacturer or dealer had nothing to do with it.
IOW, make it so costly to defend against lawsuits, it's not worth trying to do business.

Yes. This is what was happening before Fast and Furious came to the surface; they were running guns to the cartel and Holder was practically *begging* Mexico to sue US gun manufacturers in US court.
Then the agent was killed with what turned out to be one of Holder’s guns, and the whole thing unraveled. Very temporarily, you know this will all come right back around. Mainly if the Democrats hold on to the White House. But in that case, no need for Mexico to do the dirty work, Clinton will do it right out in the open. Changing liability laws will accomplish the same thing. Judo.
At the end of the day, a simple law on the books doesn’t mean anything(i.e....immigration laws) unless they’re enforced. She can do or try to do anything she wants. She’s gonna have to find people to enforce those laws. That is not to say that there are members of the federal law enforcement community, or even the local community, that wouldn’t hesitate to enforce those laws. But, I believe that there are more that won’t, much more. Then, she’ll have to resort to the military or national guards. Well, those guys like their guns too. And when they find out that they have to go and disarm their uncle, cousin, father, or brother, it isn’t going to go over too well.
So, unless they’ve been able to hide a massive UN Army somewhere in the states, she isn’t going to have the people to enforce anything. And, that’s before the “gun states” and constitutional sheriffs even get in the game.
