NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — There are reports of shots fired at JFK International Airport.
The FDNY said a call came in at 9:38 p.m. for reports of shots fired at JFK.

Yea, didn’t hear any witness statements, no information. Wonder where the call really came from and always wondering about “testing” the responses.

One of my pet peeves is journalists (and other people) who say that “President Kennedy passed away in Dallas, Texas...”
Aside from the fact that getting your head blown off is hardly “passing away,” it also seems as though the shock and grief should have started to wear off, and nobody will be hurt by bluntly saying “died.”
Same goes for Lincoln, FDR, Jesus, Socrates, Moses...

Actually, NY Post is reporting a female witness who saw a man with a gun. Didn’t actually see anything about shots fired, but cops were looking for armed man.
