Supposedly there were 3000 people at a Clinton appearance in Scranton yesterday. Another lie!

I went to the “March on Washington” (I think it was in 2012 maybe?) and it was a massive conservative march, Tea Party and all.

We estimated there was somewhere between 250,000 and 500,000 people there...

Was that the one Glen Beck organized, at which Sarah Palin and Alveda King spoke? I was there too, and it looked closer to half a million than 10,000! And we left it pretty much spotless.

Good catch.

“There is something wrong with her eyes too. It is almost like she get that far off gaze, something I use to see in my Dad who had Alzheimer’s.”

I saw what you described re her eyes in two women we knew before they were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. One was a decades long friend at our church. One was a dear relative of my wife’s. Both women before this happened were incredibly sharp people in their early 80’s.

My Mother and her two older sisters in their 80’s developed a coping mechanism re mental overload in conversation and sometimes playing bridge. They developed that far away glaze, and we knew it was time to stop talking or playing bridge.

All three of them confided to their youngest sister, that sometimes they could no longer process what was being said or on/at the bridge table. They and their family knew it was time to take a break when they saw that short but far away stare in their eyes.

This happened to my aunt, the younger sister, shortly after she turned 80. Their brother, never had this happen, even after he turned 80.

My Mother and her two older sisters were able to hold and have good conversations until what we called the far off gaze came on them for a short time.

The oldest sister was diagnosed with partial senile dementia when she approached age 90. She needed to be in a board and care place for her last few months. My mother and other sisters went to retirement homes years after their husbands died. They played bridge, made phone calls and talked to friends and relatives up to when they passed on in their 90’s.

What Clinton has, appears to be very severe.

uh-oh—They have more porta potties than they do people!

LOL! I noticed that too. I don't know much about event planning. BUT I do know, NEVER put porta potties inside if you are expecting big crowds. There is not enough fresh air to dilute the aroma. Obviously, they didn't expect much and they have more than they need.
