This is good. He’s assembling a team and taking action. He’s stepping into the duties of the office. (Clinton meanwhile is holding poorly attended voter registration events, rallies in high school gyms and a few larger venues now and then - and sleeping)
The only point I’d urge caution on is “working with moderate Muslims to foster reforms”. This sounds like the “Countering Violent Extremism” program currently in place, a program which has eliminated words like “jihad” and “sharia” from official documents because they are “disrespectful” of moslems. This was done at the urging of the Muslim Brotherhood and is part of their campaign to outlaw “islamophobia”.
The first response from Hillary camp on this meeting was from her campaign manager. All he could come up with to criticize was the espression on Trump’s face...saying he wasn’t in total control and did not get to do all the talking so he had a very sour expression. I would contend that he had that expression because he was listening intently to the words about a very important and dangerous subject. Not everyone can flip through life in a fantasy world like he does.
Islam is a war plan.
Is Peter King that guy from New York? I don’t trust that guy. He’s Establishment all the way. He’s only saying what his constituents need to hear to keep voting for him. But he won’t actually DO anything.
Mr. Trumps one mistake is not including Militia.

We are not going to get rid of “radical Islamic” violence. It has been going on or over 1,000 years, mostly Islam against Islam (the various sects fighting).
This is an RELIGIOUS CIVIL WAR that has been going on for over 1,000 years with varying degrees of intensity.
They want to use the West to draw them into their own civil war. This is essentially what happened in WWI when the Ottoman empire aligned with Germany. The Ottomans wanted Germany to help them conquer even more Islamic peoples to they had an even larger caliphate.
There is no “our side” in this as most people in the West are neither Sunni or Shia Moslems ... so we don’t have a dog in this fight .... except when they come to the West to try to start a war with us over Western values.
What we can do, and should do, is keep this religious civil war contained as much as possible to majority Islamic countries.
Let them fight it out themselves. This will keep them busy and they will have less time/money/inclination to cause trouble in non Muslim lands.
The Islamic Religious Civil War will probably still be going on for another 1,000 years. Do we really want to entangle ourselves in a war where it doesn’t matter which side wins (if they ever do)?
