IIRC The court shot it down b/c Terry did a blanket for all felons and the court said each one needed to be vetted individually. Terry signed a paper for each one individually but did it very quickly and didn’t actually doing any vetting on each one. Someone said on F&F this a.m. that there were murderers and sex offenders that were included - they got voting and a few other rights back but did NOT get the right to own firearms. So, they can vote for the President of the US but not have a gun.
