Arizona has had a record of keeping U.S. Senators in office well past their expiration dates: Carl Hayden and Barry Goldwater, for example. The state also has a considerable Mormon population, which in recent years has tended to be GOP-e. Yet I hope that Dr. Ward will win.

I’m not a resident of Arizona, but McCain affects us all with his idiotic international advocacy. He’s bad enough on national issues here, but he doesn’t let that stop him. Why just screw up your own nation, when you can screw up nations globally?

McCain has been on the committee’s that oversee media regulation in this country.

The big media companies have helped to load him with $$$$ over the years along with the defense contractors.

McCain did his last years in uniform as a liaison officer with Congress where he saw the money and the power and chose his next career path.

Obama court appointees have made sure voters’ citizenship status CANNOT be verified, as Arizona law dictated. This adds perhaps 10-20,000 votes to McCain’s total, not to mention the now-illegal “ballot harvesting” McCain folks are doing in droves, while Pima and Maricopa officials look the other way.
