The last federal budget was signed into law September of 2007 for fiscal year 2008.
Almost a decade has passed without a federal budget. The 2009 ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act), otherwise known as The $1,000,000,000,000 09 Stimulus Bill, has been spent every year for the past 7 fiscal years.
Thats correct. Due to no budget, and base-line budgeting continuous resolutions, aka omnibus bills, weve spent the 2009 Stimulus Bill seven more times. Each year, for seven consecutive years.
Ask yourself: Where did it go?

fLORIDA and AZ.
other than McKane, other races?
Bubbles Roofio got his renomination. Too bad. Hopefully McQueeg goes down in flames.
Id rather you just tell me, I dont want to click a youtube video to try and figure out what you mean.
Read transcripts of his speech then.
Primary recap and analysis
While some polls showed a competitive race, as I first suspected, Ward simply wasn’t a strong enough candidate to beat McCain, and she didn’t seem to be running a very good race. Note though the total McCain vote was only 52% (39% Ward) a SINGLE stronger candidate with some name ID running a strong race would likely have won.
Other AZ races
In CD 1 (Competetive open rat seat of Kilpatrick)
The HOMO Sheriff Paul Babeu won the GOP nomination with less than a third of the vote, this disappoints me. This seat is one our best pickup opportunities. Hard to get excited about a sodomite.
In CD 2
The rats nominated a homo to run against Martha McSally (R)
In CD 5 (Open GOP Seat)
The primary was won by former Godaddy.com CEO Christine Jones.
FL
My prediction was Rubio 70%, Other Guy 20%. Actual Result Rubio 72%, Other Guy 18.5%.
That was never a race, and that other guy is probably less conservative than Rubio anyway.
On the rat side Alan Grayson’s numbers tanked after his recent...wife beating news? or whatever it was. He almost fell to third place. He is refusing to support Patrick Murphy.
More GOP votes cast in the Senate primary than rat.
A lot of House Primaries in FL to mention
In CD 1 (Open Safe GOP)
The primary was won by State Rep. Matt Gaetz (pronounced Gats? Gates? Goats?) who agreed with a local sheriff who called BLM terrorists, sounds good.
In CD 2 (Open redraw rat seat that is a sure GOP gain)
The primary was won by Dr. Neal Dunn.
In CD 4 (Open Safe GOP seat)
The primary was won by Former Duval County Sheriff John Rutherford
In CD 5 (Redrawn Safe Rat Seat)
Incumbent rat Corrine Brown lost, as expected
In CD 9 (Grayson’s open seat, D but a little less so than before)
A Hispanic State Senator won the rat nomination, Grayson’s new wife came in third. Our guy had no money and no chance.
IN CD 11 (Open Safe GOP Seat)
Congressman Dan Webster who’s own CD 10 was redrawn to be out of reach for a Republican (worse than CD 9) easily won the GOP primary
In CD 18 (Murphy’s Open Seat, Narrowly went for Romney)
Disabled Vet Brian Mast (who allegedly had no idea he even had a chance until 2 weeks ago when his opponents started focusing attacks on him) won the primary over Rebecca Negron. This is one of our best pickup opportuniites.. Mast raised over a million. The rat nearly 4 million.
In CD 19 (Open Safe R)
Former US Ambassador to the Vatican Francis Rooney easily won the GOP primary. He’s a Bush dude. He is NOT related to other FL Rooney from the family that owns the Steelers. Porter Goss’s son was a distant second and Dan Bongino who oddly carpetbagged in from MD but might have been my choice, was third.
IN CD 23 (rat)
Debbie WS easily beat the rich Berner who opposed her. He attacked her in his concession speech “I concede she’s a corporate stooge”. LOL.
In CD 26 (Competitive seat redrawn to be more rat)
Scandal plague Former Rep Joe Garcia beat the woman that rats wanted to be the nominee against RINO Carlos Curbelo, setting up a rematch. Good news for Curbelo.
Whose speech?
Well put for the most part, Impy.
AZ-1 That Sheriff ran a boot camp that may have engaged in child abuse. I’ll overlook the gay thing, but if he engaged in criminal assault, he doesn’t deserve support.
AZ-2 The ‘Rat nominee is a doctor and ex-state Rep. Martha McSally has a ton of cash and worked the district hard. I think she’ll be back.
AZ-5 It looks like Christine Jones of GoDaddy.com fame won, but there are still provisional ballots. We’ll know in a week.
And in FL:
FL-1 Matt Gaetz is a Buchananite/Trump conservative state Rep. Great addition to Congress.
FL-2 Neal Dunn’s narrow victory is a disappointment. Mary Thomas was a much better choice.
FL-4 Ex-Jacksonville Sheriff John Rutherford won, as expected. Hopefully a good conservative, don’t know much about him.
FL-5 Al Lawson ousted corrupt fellow ‘Rat Corinne Brown, he appears to be better on 2nd Amendment issues, hopefully some others, as well.
FL-9 State Senator Dennis Soto will replace fellow ‘Rat Crazy Alan Grayson, will be the first Florida Congressman of Puerto Rican heritage. His voting record can’t be worse than Grayson’s.
FL-18 A battleground. Brian Mast is an American hero. The ‘Rat nominee appears to have engaged in crooked business practices, giving Mast some useful ammo.
FL-19 Open seat, no great choices for conservatives. Ex-Ambassador to the Vatican Francis Rooney will be the next Congressman.
FL-26 Democrats got embarrassed when ex-Congressman Joe Garcia won the nomination. Carlos Curbelo unseated him in 2014. Garcia has tome ethical issues, but this redrawn district voted 53%-to-45% for Obama last time.
Well look, compared to the Pelosi Stalinism represented by the rat nominee, fanny banditry means little to me, and allegations made for $$$$$$$$$$ lawsuits means even less. So this fag has my full support as do all the Republican nominees, many of whom I don't like much. Never Pelosi. Never Hillary. Never Schumer.
I wasn't following Florida 2, why was Thomas a better choice?
My source says Curbelo's seat as redrawn was just 44% Romney, not 45%. Uncool. But the weaker Garcia winning the rat primary is good news.
Spoke too soon on Christine Jones in AZ-5. With all votes counted State Senator Andy Biggs is up by just 9 votes. Automatic recount.
4am bump -
