But while everyone is hammering us, the GOP-e got waxed in my district. Our conservative congressman, Paul Gosar, one of the best, beat their candidate 71-29 percent. The media won’t report it, and even the local paper gave it a small paragraph in the McCain story with a giant smiling picture of Hanoi John.

Small victory, but a victory.

How many votes does each illegal immigrant in Arizona get? 1? 2-3? More?

D1: Hangs head, moves it side to side with eyes closed...

In 2010 McCain stated if they people of Arizona would vote him back in, he wouldn’t run again.

His word is his...

If I lived in Arizona, I would vote for the Democrat.

The Democrat would not have seniority, and he would not have thirty plus years worth of connections to use for evil purposes. He wouldn’t be chumming it up with terrorists.

Democrats and crony Republicans always seem to be able to cobble together the votes needed to get their people in I’m afraid. Which is why we need term limits because it’s not only the politicians that get corrupted, it’s their constituents too.

Found this:

She is also attacking one of McCain’s signature characterizations: straight talk. In an interview with Politico published Monday, Kirkpatrick slammed McCain for his continued support of Trump despite the nominee’s “racist, sexist” remarks.

“The fact that he continues to support Donald Trump in spite of the fact that Trump insulted him, in spite of the fact that Trump insulted a Gold Star family, shows that he’s changed,” Kirkpatrick said.

Woman sure knew how to read the tea leaves didn't she.

Just so sad. Like a bad penny, we just can’t rid ourselves of this creep.

Our local TV station says, “McCain easily wins Arizona primary...The 2008 GOP presidential nominee easily defeated former state Sen. Kelli Ward and two other Republicans.”

But since when has a long time senator won a primary with 51.6% of the vote and called it “easy”?

“The course of this country isn’t going to be righted via elections.”

Stone cold truth.

There are plenty of similar creeps out there that we can't get rid of. When Cornhole Cornyn wasn't defeated by a Tea Party callenger several years ago, I was completely disgusted with my formerly conservative State of Texas.

This hurts the credibility of the Breitbart/Gravis poll, which had the race much closer. Unfortunately, that was also one of the polls that was favorable to Trump.

They should pull out of the polling business as of today.

RE “...Hard to expect the culture to change ...”

Maybe so. But at least He’ll call them out on it publically and embarrass the living sh*t out of them in front of the country.

It’s about time.

It a state that has supported fine Americans such as Sheriff Joe, it is sad to see so many idiots still supporting McCain. For the good Arizonans, I feel your pain as I am in a state full of idiots supporting John Kasich.

Milne isn’t weak. He nearly won the Governorship 2 years ago.

Leahy will swat him like a fly but he’s a much better candidate than Leahy’s last 3 (the old farmer who ran in 1998 and beat the intended GOP nominee was actually a Leahy SUPPORTER!). I applaud him for running and deferring in the Gov and LT Gov races.

Never gonna happen. Thune’s a pretty boy with no substance and no accomplishments (beyond his one time of taking out Daschle a dozen years ago - what’s he done lately ?).

Milne came close only because of the epic unpopularity and incompetence of the outgoing Governor. Otherwise, he’s weak against the entrenched Leaky Leahy.
