yes. This seems instant from a human perspective, but it really a fast fire, not an explosion. Dragon would have been fine.

The strong-back has pincers which encircle the rocket at many points top-to-bottom. This arrangement briefly supported the payload and fairing above the initiation point of the event.
The apparent detonation appears to have originated between the umbilical connection of the second stage, and the strong-back supporting the piping.
I went through the Youtube video frame by frame and this is the first one to show the fire/explosion.
Back in the 50’s one of the chairman of the NYC transit Authority would try and downplay any mishaps in the subway system, such as referring to a train collision as a “hard coupling”. Or a derailment as a “misaligned wheel”.
Chevy Corvairs and old Harleys were prone to engine leaks. People who own them would say, they’re not leaking they’re just marking their spots :)
