Open Letter from Military Leaders (88 military leaders endorse Trump!)
Fox News ^ | 9/6/2016 | Fox and Friends

Posted on 09/06/2016 7:33:01 AM PDT by Velveeta

The 2016 election affords the American people an urgently needed opportunity to make a long-overdue course correction in our national security posture and policy. As retired senior leaders of America’s military, we believe that such a change can only be made by someone who has not been deeply involved with, and substantially responsible for, the hollowing out of our military and the burgeoning threats facing our country around the world. For this reason, we support Donald Trump’s candidacy to be our next Commander-in-Chief. (snip)

Incidentally, are there people watching to make sure that THIS time, the military absentee ballots actually arrive onshore in time to be counted?

The anti Trump people will try to prevent them from having a voice for sure.

In scanning the list, I notice one common factor: All are RETIRED. Active duty personnel can’t offer political endorsements, and most non-leftists in the upper ranks have been purged by now anyway.

Military ballots should be counted first, in my opinion.

Weren’t military ballots found, “UNOPENED” after the last election???

Calling the Trump campaign staff - military ballots getting out and back on time and getting them opened “and counted” is a MUST.

“Incidentally, are there people watching to make sure that THIS time, the military absentee ballots actually arrive onshore in time to be counted?”

Thank Obama for that. He brought home most of the troops so the thought of disenfranchisement has been greatly reduced. If Hillary loses, we should attribute it to the military vote.

How is that for sweet irony?

This quote is from the link:

“The 2016 election affords the American people an urgently needed opportunity to make a long-overdue course correction in our national security posture and policy.

For the past eight years, America’s armed forces have been subjected to a series of ill-considered and debilitating budget cuts, policy choices and combat operations that have left the superb men and women in uniform less capable of performing their vital missions in the future than we require them to be.

Simultaneously, enemies of this country have been emboldened, sensing weakness and irresolution in Washington and opportunities for aggression at our expense and that of other freedom-loving nations.

In our professional judgment, the combined effect is potentially extremely perilous. That is especially the case if our government persists in the practices that have brought us to this present pass.

For this reason, we support Donald Trump and his commitment to rebuild our military, to secure our borders, to defeat our Islamic supremacist adversaries and restore law and order domestically. We urge our fellow Americans to do the same...”

Military ballots should be counted first, in my opinion.

Truth is unless the number of votes in the absentee pile can change the outcome they are rarely if ever counted. Same for provisional ballots.

Truth is this election may be a revelation of how corrupt the whole process really is. I still hear #NeverTrumpers hoping for the House to overrule the voters.
