If one looks at the polling history and final result of the 2013 Virginia gubernatorial campaign, one will see that McAuliffe under performed and his Republican opponent, Cuccinelli over performed by a large margin. The final result was a 2.5 point victory for McAuliffe. The last 4 polls right before the vote had Mcauliffe up by a little over 7 points.
Other notes of interest is that there was a Libertarian on the ballot and Cuccinelli was outspent by 18 million dollars. This looks a lot like this years race between Clinton and Trump. I suspect Trump is underperforming in the polls and Clinton is over performing. But this year the margin of bad polling will be big enough to put Trump over the top.
Utter nonsense
Sorry boss, but you need to introduce the topic a little bit better.
Who was the campaign manager?
Who was each candidate - You CANNOT assume everybody nationally knows about every state election -like this one in VA.
Who did the manager in question (?) manage, and which party, and who won?
Who was leading and trailing in each election at each time.
Please rewrite below to help us understand your point better. I can’t follow it as -written right now.
His point is that Mook did not do such a great job in Va. Actual results were not as good as projected.
They need to start pelting him with lumps of coal at his appearances.
Hillary has spent north of $100 million only watch her numbers tumble.
Trump has spent little to nothing and he looks poised to win the election.
Who is running the smarter campaign? We’ll find out on November 8.
Someone needs to wipe that gay SMIRK off his face!
