She was wobbling prior to a step. Woman on her left has a medical hold on her used for patients with an unsteady gait. Cops and perimeter SS moved in to cover prior to her taking a step. Only reason she didn't hit her knees and slam in to the van head first is because she was help up. She's clearly in distress. That woman is not fit to do a crossword puzzle in my humble opinion colonel.
