The State Department official who set up Hillary Clinton’s private email server will not comply with a congressional subpoena seeking his testimony at a House hearing on Tuesday, claiming that he is being targeted for public harassment and humiliation.
Bryan Pagliano’s lawyers informed the House Oversight Committee on Monday of his plans not to attend the session, according to The Washington Post.

Agree. These hearings with nothing but questions and never any action like pressing charges and requesting that the folks like Lois Lerner are tried is what I expect. I am damn tired of clowns like we have. Look at Holder and now this Lynch. Holder should have been impeached for Fast and Furious and he would have taken Obama with him in my opinion. This Congress should have held impeachment hearings on Obama the day the Rep’s had over 50 in 2013. Now there would be a riot. Rep’s have allowed Obama to stir up every minority, create terrible treaties, etc, etc. Allowing this Muslim to trash our military with openly queer folks is treason.
