Dear FBI, This Is Intent: Hillary's "Oh [Crap]" Guy Sought Advice On How To "Strip VIP's Emails"
ZeroHedge ^ | 9/19/2016 | Tyler Durden

At this point, our readers should be intimately familiar with the timeline leading up to the "Oh Sh!t" moment when the Platte River Networks employee, Paul Combetta, deleted Hillary's emails despite later admitting to the FBI that he "was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton's e-mail data on the PRN server" (if not, see "The "Oh Sh!t" Moment: Hillary Wiped Her Server With BleachBit Despite Subpoena"). Once Combetta was summoned to testify in front of Congress, we also learned that the FBI had granted Combetta an immunity deal (see "The "Oh Sh!t" Guy That Wiped Hillary's Server With BleachBit Was Just Granted Immunity").

Well, the plot just continues to thicken around the "Oh Sh!t" guy as a political researcher just posted the following tweet that exposes a Reddit thread from July 2014 in which Combetta sought tech advice on how to "strip out a VIP's (VERY VIP) email address from a bunch of archived emails."

I don't believe the immunity deal includes lying to the FBI.

Of course, Comey has closed the case.

Someone pushed the guy - and offered protection. No one takes that risk on their own...

That will be how they trash the immunity deal.

He’s done - although it’ll be a while. He’ll take a few down with him.

Right. Because neither James "Dirty Cop" Comey nor Loretta "Meet on on the Tarmac" Lynch would ever allow such a deal.

But the curious thing here, to me, is how Republicans are treating this matter. It's as if they're in on the fix, all protestations to the contrary. Congress has the ability to compel testimony. And this witness is not immune from giving testimony. He is immune from prosecution for the things he might say under oath.

The Fifth Amendment grants all of us immunity from self-incrimination. He has now waived ALL fifth Amendment immunity in regards to this matter, because his immunity from prosecution means it is no longer possible for him to incriminate himself. He needs to be called under threat of contempt, and told that he cannot refuse to testify. That's the law; why isn't it being enforced?

It just hit US News & World Report. Sourced and timelined.

It’s not a Trump Train, but there’s some traction.

I think the GOP is unsure of how to do anything. They seem to be just as scared of a Trump administration as a Clinton administration.

Ed Kline claims Comey has let it be known he wants his name on the new FBI building when its constructed. No wonder he refused to recommend prosecution of Hillary.

Immunity is granted on condition of cooperation. If cooperation is shown to be compromised, immunity can be withdrawn.

The Fraudulent Bureau of Investigation and Mr. Comey have lost ALL credibility. They are an organ of the DNC and nothing more. Any member who has not resigned in protest by now is too far gone for redemption.

The rule of law is long gone. The UniParty rules now and exposing Hillary's treason now would be very inconvenient for them.

Comey knows what intent is and he wasn’t looking for it.
The law he was referring to doesn’t require intent to be in violation.
Director Comey is bought and paid for not confused by laws or legal terms.
