At this point, if a foreigner wants to visit, and plans to visit an area that is known for its "diversity" or "vibrancy," I just advise them to stay home. We can't protect them from our own ferals.
Unless they’re left-wingers. In which case, I warmly encourage them to visit the areas their ideology has so seriously impacted. They can bask in the glow of die-versity.

And in the unlikely event that there is an arrest, by the time the trial is over and the defense lawyer gets through telling the jury what a saint his client is and what a louse the victim was, the jury will let the defendant go and sentence the victim to prison. Why he was such a good boy, he will tell the jury, that he gave his mother half of the goods and money he stole and robbed his victims of.
