Mark Levin's Twisted Logic
vanity | Sept. 24, 2016 | self

Posted on 09/24/2016 6:52:18 AM PDT by The_Media_never_lie

This week Mark again brought up the fact that Trump did not agree to back the winning Republican candidate. He also criticized RNC chair Reince Priebus for telling those Republican politicians who did support the nominee that they may not receive RNC support when running for re-election.

Here is the modus operandi of Mark Levin: He develops personal grudges, then searches for logic to support those grudges.

Instead of attacking the RNC chair when he is doing the right thing, and bringing Trump's initial lack of support for the Republican nominee, he should be rallying against the evil, criminal Hillary. He is impossible to listen to because he will revert to his personal vendetta mode without warning, and then will block out reality to develop logic to support his vendetta.

At this point all of Marks bellyaching has just gotten tiresome and as boring as he.

Levin has made himself irrelevant to the conversation because we now know he is illogical and an ass to boot.

It’s really too bad because he could have been a great asset to the Liberty movement if he weren’t tied up with the enemy as he is. He’s so intelligent and it’s painfully obvious to the listener when Mark is being intellectually dishonest, as he has shown to be very much throughout this thing.

Mark Levin is the most principled person in the room. If you don't believe me, just ask him.

I started listening to Levin (mostly through podcast downloads) in 2008. I learned so much from him and was inspired.

His constant repetitive vitriol has worn thin, and I don't listen nearly as much anymore. It's like every show is a repeat of the previous show, as he continues to fight the GOP primary on a daily basis. Hey Mark, the primaries ended months ago.

Another annoyance is increasing amount of commercialization, as he pitches his TV show and other products. Unfortunately, the podcasts include all that crap.

FWIW, Levin says his ratings have never been higher. Frankly, I don't understand that. All I know is that more and more often, I am not counted in his audience.

He has become an absolute disgrace. Stated that he will vote for Trump (big f-ing deal - 1 extra vote), but not support him. He uses that as air cover to blast Trump non-stop every damn show. He is a shameless “useful idiot” who is de facto supporting Hillary

Yes it is - Mark is learn the high price of being "right".

Injecting oneself into public stream must do something wacky to one ego. Perhaps its a self preservation mechanism for dealing with all the criticism.

Mark needs to walk around and talk to Trump supporters in person - not on the air where he can act all bad and hang up.

Sadly Mark has turned in to little loud mouth dweeb if he not careful he headed of to Will, Beck Medved land.

I don't think any of here want to dislike these people but man what a bunch of spoiled brats.

A lot of what these guys say is only to create a strong emotional reaction. The easiest one is anger, so that’s what they shoot for.

It’s air cover. He things it enables him to blast Trump cause he’s voting for him... I’d rather Trump have one less vote and this tool get exposed for the asshat that he is.. he saw his ratings plummet and took action to say he will vote (not support) him as an opportunistic move... disgusting

I don’t take Mark Levin as pro-Hillary. To anyone who thinks he comes across as pro-Hillary because he still critiques Trump when he disagrees with something from him, I say, why not walk and chew gum at the same time. It isn’t hard to do.

Look at the trends. They are all favorable. Mark will vote for Trump and says so often. Then, he says the reason he will is that Hillary and the Statists like her will do irreparable damage, so severe, to this country, likely it can’t recover, ever, or for generations. He has a granddaughter and is thinking about his son and daughter and the little girl.

Cruz has now endorsed Trump. Not like his Convention speech. Unlike Levin, who is a prolific writer and talker on tv and radio, Cruz otherwise goes about his job as Senator from Texas.

Some people pound and pound and pound and pound.

On and on and on and on.

If only they would see the light that is spreading instead of heaping curses on those who don’t group think in the exact way in each detail that they do.

You explained why Mark Levin is voting for Trump.

Can you explain why he spends so much of his air time trashing Trump?

Mark Levin and Rush are ‘contrarians’ who get better ratings from their conservative constituents when and if the governing class is lead by liberal lunatics.

Rush was elevated to his perch during the Clinton years. Not sure about Levin, but my kids are/were big fans during the first BO term.

JMHO

I was never a big Levin fan but now I can’t listen to the guy at all. The guy is small thinking and mean spirited.

That’s a real shame, Joe. You obviously were a true-blue fan of Levin. I hope he comes across your post and thinks about it.

I listened to Levin yesterday for an hour.

He criticized Trump for about 3 minutes and he criticized Hillary the rest of the time. He said that he was voting for Trump, that he agreed with Trump on various issues and he said that Hillary would destroy the country.

Sounded appropriate to me.

Mark again brought up the fact that Trump did not agree to back the winning Republican candidate.

Levin knows that Trump said that he would support the nominee IF the RNC was fair to him. At the time of the first debate, everyone was targeting Trump because he was beating Bush.

Tactically, it was also smart of Trump to say that at the first debate because it enabled Trump to go first and frame the debate on his terms.

Angry all the time, highly intelligent, and he has the heart condition to prove it. What I respect about the guy is he is the one conservative pundit with a nuts and bolts understanding of how the administrative agencies are destroying the traditional separation of powers— when bureaucrats are executive, legislative and judiciary all in one, bad things happen. Levin does the analysis better on this subject than any other person on radio.

But geez Louise, give the anger a rest. Educate your audience, lay the foundation, and when an opening hits— and everybody in and around DC knows who’s testifying in front of what committee and when votes are scheduled— drive a Mack truck through it with a “Levin surge” once a quarter or so.

Levin should drop the courtroom mode and go professor more often. Limbaugh’s on the golf course in Florida, Hannity’s in the New York media complex, it’s wide open for Levin to go more in depth on DC. The only one who comes close is the Jamie Dupree slots on a couple other shows.
