The 90 minute debate will be divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on major topics to be selected by the moderator and announced at least one week before the debate. The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Candidates will then have an opportunity to respond to each other. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.

It’s why these debates are waste of time. They’re rigged. Media should not be allowed to moderate them. They are biased to the left - all of them.
I’m watching FOX and it’s only a split screen.
They would have characterized Trump as a loud bully no matter what. He may as well go for it. He’s poking her to get her to lose her cool. It’s working. Not sure how the whole debate will go, but he’s got her rattled.
She is flailing, big time! Now referring to her book, to prove she has a ‘plan’.
