The 90 minute debate will be divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on major topics to be selected by the moderator and announced at least one week before the debate. The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Candidates will then have an opportunity to respond to each other. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.
Hillary’s meds are wearing off, she is slowing down, losing track of her thoughts, sounding monotone.
Answering questions about racial divisions now, and her speech is becoming slow and halting.

It's not ODD. The point isn't that Hillary and Holt are being rude. The point is that she looks cool and well informed, and he looks angry and frustrated.
There is so much she has said that is complete BS, and IMHO he's missing opportunities to nail her because he is being defensive and angry.
Trump supporters are going to support him no matter what -- but he needs to get the undecided and the ones who could be swayed -- and I don't think he is accomplishing that.

Part of the MSM-DNC plan to defeat Trump is to obfuscate the debate into petty crap (about Trump)that just serve to avoid THE ISSUES.
The Donald needs to hit her on the issues.

I don’t think the tax returns were on the front burner for a lot of folks and many didn’t even know about them until tonight. But she did put him in a bad place because it does look like he’s hiding something.
He should have left that tax business alone after challenging her on the emails disclorsure.
