The 90 minute debate will be divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on major topics to be selected by the moderator and announced at least one week before the debate. The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Candidates will then have an opportunity to respond to each other. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.

Personally, I’d have said “The only reason Russia or China HAS a lot of that information is because of how YOU mishandled classified documentation on your private, unsecure Email server...”
Any one of us who mishandled classified documents - and in her capacity, it would have been SECRET and above - would be in JAIL for the rest of our lives.
The only reason COmey let her off the hook is because President Jughead was implicated in it too; he was using a pseudonym to communicate with her on that same server. This came out today, per a man from the NSA.

Please can all stop referring to this or any other of these ratings bonanzas as debates. I said it five days ago and it has borne out. This was a prearranged ambush to further the “Hillary is Inevitable” strategy.
The MSM controls the debates, they have avowed to destroy Donald Trump. What outcome did anyone expect other than them trying to accomplish just that?
The problem for the MSM is that Trump and others have exposed the MSM for what they are. By doing what Lester Holt is doing tonight he is creating the same sympathy for Trump that was created during the primaries. They are playing to his “the system is rigged” meme.

Actually the optics matter a whole lot more then anything else. In 2004 Bush, who had the better of the debate, was billed as “losing the 1st debate” because he kept leaning up against the podium. It made him look bored and disinterested. His father got creatmed because he looked at his watch during one debate.
Anyone who thinks the scripted sound bites and stage manged propaganda show matters more then the optics knows nothing at all about US Politics.

And don’t buy into the MSM theory that this debate is a “make or break” thing. Sometimes the first debate is influential, sometimes it is not. I don’t think this time it will matter much at all.

I agree. He looks more genuine out there. I’m suspicious about Hillary. She sounds like she just memorized talking points as if she were already given the questions ahead of time. Too many Cruzers, trolls, and DU folks here tonight. If people on our side just want to roll over for another Clinton presidency we’ll all see each other at the re-education camps!
