Hillary Clinton was too cutesy and by the end of this debate I was bored and tired of her and her cutesy act and non substantive responses to anything. Donald Trump accomplished what he wanted to get across to the public tho it was not what some wanted. He finished by saying that he could have said hurtful things about her and her family but could not go that route. For those watching to learn more about Trump I think he came across as an intelligent , respectful man who did not beat up on a woman but stood up to her when it was necessary. More than once Trump reminded us that Hillary had many years to accomplish the things that she now wants to do as president. Why will she do differently now? He ended by saying that Hillary had a lot of experience, but it was bad experience. Summing up, it was an unexciting debate and Hillary did her democrat lying about everything and thew out lies about Trump that her followers wanted to hear repeated once again. Trump held his own but was not aggressive on putting her down, which I believe was intentional. My final take was that I disliked Hillary more than I had thought and was glad the debate was over.

As I said Sweetest Onyx.

We are more Critical of Trump than the average American will be.

We know so much about Killary that they don't .

And Trump Did hammer home some points on her that Some Americans might not have heard before.

Liberals will also (even if silently) pick apart Killary's performance and be disappointed her is as because she didn't do "X Y or Z" to Trump.

You people have to stop thinking about what YOU want Trump to do and start thinking of this in context of an election that involved 10s of millions of voters who do not share your “give us raw meat ripped from Hillary’s hide” mindset.

Wrong. Given his performance, useless repetition, breaking into Hillary's time to give petulant responses, trying to explain instead of demonstrate, he could not help but loose ground without devastating hits on Hillary's credibility.

You know, there's a reason all professional politicians sound the same these days...usually, it works. Tonight, against Trump, you see why....

I hope his people let him know how bad he screwed up.

And I’m hoping he proves he can listen. I think that with good prep he can send her into an epileptic fit. He should be able to come up with a lot of “There you go again” comments.

I think he may have had a cold. He was sniffling a lot.

I felt he was on the defense way too much. He should have stuck to taking her down and asking the country if they are doing worse today than 8 years ago.

Hillary couldn’t destroy him.

In next debate these questions will be out.

Email will remain.

Hillary dropped the whole bomb load over the target, but it didn't dent Trump. Most was just repeat of her ads. Funny how the debate played into that.

If there is a consensus in the thread tonight, Trump pulled punches and left plenty of weaponry in the arsenal for the next two debates. I'm glad he was on defense and took the barage of dirty bombs. I'm feeling pretty good about things.

I got to pop in during her speech and that was about it. Shook Jim’s hand and had to leave to be with the rest of our family for that trip.

Me and my Mother and my family think Trump should of gone big time harder on Hillary and unfortunately he didn't!
I'm so MAD!
Let Trump be TRUMP!
Nail Hillary to the WALL for her lies.
Oh Well.
KellyAnn runs this and you know ...tonight she screwed up.
Trump was attacked for a sexist and that's when Trump should of brought Bill and herself as the enabler for many victims.
Fight Dirt with Bigger Dirt!
The Clintons are Corrupted sacks of dung.
My opinion only.

I just tried to vote (for the first time) in a Drudge poll just now. Here's what I got when I pressed the "Vote" button:

May I ask what that means?
