He had a lot of people fooled with his use of Christian-sounding terminology.

But M. Scott Peck was no Christian and certainly no minister. He was at various times a wannabe Zen Buddhist, a New Age pantheist, a spiritualist and always a mystic no matter what he professed to be at any particular minute.

I just recently finished reading Scott Peck’s excellent book from 1983 on the psychology of evil titled “People of the Lie”.

That book is a life-changer for anyone from a dysfunctional or alcoholic family, where lying is the coin of the realm.
