The Obama administration has set about redrawing its relationship with Russia amid this week’s diplomatic breakdown over Syria, taking on one of its most complex foreign-policy challenges just three months before a new president takes office.

Speaking in Brussels on Tuesday, Secretary of State John Kerry held out the possibility of once again working with Moscow after pulling out of talks over a Syrian cease-fire deal the day before.

While he faulted Russia for prolonging the war by tying its interests to the Assad regime and turning a blind eye to its brutality, his comments also underscored Moscow’s influence in bringing any resolution to the conflict.

Peter Hitchens wrote a column a week ago Sunday expressing his disdain for Donald Trump but also saying Hillary Clinton wants to start a dangerous war with Russia.

The Uniparty of D’s and R’s like Clinton, McCain etc. etc. want to provoke a war with Russia IMHO. A war that could cause great damage and devastation in many places.

Trump may be the best hope for peace in the world today.

This is embarrassing for my country. Kerry is an idiot. The Russians are laughing their asses off at us.

Yeppers. Obama, Ketchup Boy, and the District of Criminals will start WW3 with Russia, China, and India and it won't end well.

Then world trade will cease and the economies of every nation will collapse. Then people will get hungry, angry, and start rioting and worse.

Apparently in an alternate universe somewhere, It's what you get for screwing around with time travel to revise history.

Supposedly, Obama and Kerry would no longer negotiate with or talk to the Russians, because they refused to interfere with Assad's current campaign to capture terrorist insurrectionists hiding among civilians, in their primary stronghold of Aleppo.
