UN makes power play against Trump
The Hill ^ | Oct. 5, 2016 | Devin Henry

International governments have made a power play against Donald Trump by ratifying an international climate deal earlier than expected, effectively preventing him from “canceling” the deal as he has promised to do.  The European Union’s Tuesday decision to join the Paris climate deal will push the deal over the threshold for ratification; it will formally take effect in 30 days.

That means Trump, should he be elected president in November, could not “cancel” or renegotiate the terms of the agreement.

President Obama committed the United States to reduce its emissions by 26 percent to 28 percent by 2025 as part of the deal. The agreement is nonbinding, so Trump would be free to ignore it if he wins the White House.

What BULLSHIRT!

A whole article about how Trump’s statements have forced them to approve the deal ahead of schedule so that after 30 days it’s a done deal and trump can’t cancel or renegotiate the deal.

EXCEPT

1. “The agreement is nonbinding, so Trump would be free to ignore it if he wins the White House.”

2. “Trump could also insist the Senate needs to ratify the deal and send it to lawmakers, who would likely vote it down.”

3. “But Trump would have the power to shape American policy in other ways, including by nominating a ninth justice to the Supreme Court. The high court is likely to decide the fate of Obama’s biggest climate change regulation, likely in its next term.”

4. “If you control the presidency, then you can exert a huge amount of power,” Yeatman said. “You can basically not implement your commitments, and you’re not going to suffer anything on the world stage.”

So I ask you.... What the heck is this article trying to trick the people into believing?

WITHIN THEIR OWN ARTICLE they give 4 examples why their little climate deal, is MEANINGLESS! TOOTHLESS TIGER! A FRAUD! UNENFORCEABLE! WORTHLESS BULLSHIRT!

I predict that the first order of business in Trump’s 2nd term is a new Manhattan Project to prepare for the ice age.

"He THINKS he can. But whatever he signed has no force"

Thank you Mr. K. !

Patriots, not only can the POTUS not act unilaterally from Congress regardless what corrupt Congress in cahoots with the corrupt media evidently want people to think, but please consider the following about the fed’s constitutionally limited power to negotiate treaties.

In fact, if Congress really let Obama get away with establishing such a treaty then Congress is wrongly ignoring the following. Based on his experience as vice president and president of the Senate, Thomas Jefferson had essentially clarified that the Senate cannot use its power to approve treaties as a way for Congress to unconstitutionally expand its powers, forcing US citizens to comply with foreign laws in this case.

In this case the Senate is wrongly approving Obama’s alleged treaty by wrongly remaining silent about it.

But more importantly, Congress is also wrongly ignoring a clarification concerning limits on treaty powers by a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices.

More specifically, the Court reflected on Jeffersons words, clarifying that Congress cannot use its power to negotiate treaties as a way to bypass its constitutionally limited powers.

” 2. Insofar as Art. 2(11) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice provides for the military trial of civilian dependents accompanying the armed forces in foreign countries, it cannot be sustained as legislation which is "necessary and proper" to carry out obligations of the United States under international agreements made with those countries, since no agreement with a foreign nation can confer on Congress or any other branch of the Government power which is free from the restraints of the Constitution [emphasis added].” - Reid v. Covert, 1956.

I hope that Trump can find a new, overseas home for the UN.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump / Pence by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will also put a stop to lawless presidents who unconstitutionally use treaties to force citizens to comply with foreign laws.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

Just received this photo of Algore's private aircraft lifting off from his private airstrip several days ago en-route to numerous capitols to expedite signings of this idiotic, fraud based -- but, for Algore, obozo, the Klintoons and their leftist cronies -- highly lucrative agreement.

In case you’re wondering why Algore requires such a large aircraft, it’s because he takes his ego, his banking records, several pallets of currency and 3 tons of gold coins with him wherever he goes.

What a bunch of crap. Trump can cancel any silly deal he wants to. Cut off the money and let these pompous, arrogant, bastards bleed. I’m fed up with these people.

The wording in the climate agreement was changed so it would be able to bypass Senate confirmation.

So, it can be ignored if Trump is elected.

If Hillary is elected HOLD ON to your wallet!

Screw agreements, promises, treaties, or anything else with foreigners, except those made with our allies like CA, GB, OZ, and NZ. The rest can pound sand.

At the time the newly hatched United Nations was panhandling for a site to construct its modern Tower of Babel, the Rockefeller family (gee, what other organizations has THAT gang spawned?) stepped forward and
DONATED $8.6 million to purchase the property at Turtle Bay on the East River.

It is believed by a number of historians to be the very site where, on September 22, 1776, 21 year-old American patriot Captain Nathan Hale was hanged by the Brits after declaring “I regret that I have but one life to lose for my country.”

Do you, like me, suppose that to be an in-your-face flight of sick cabalistic humor to site the organization at the center of the destruction of the American national sovereignty for which Hale fought and gave his life near where he was hanged?

Probably!

I agree we need to get out the vote for Trump. But all you naysayers who correctly point out the Senate hasn't ratified it need to think about what will happen if Hillary wins and Democrats win a Senate majority.

Obama has done a great job of pushing globalism at the expense of American Constitutional law. He is incrementally using dictatorial powers, making Congress ineffectual. We need to vote for Congressional candidates with big enough cojones to reverse this trend -- Trump can't do it by himself.
