David Lauter, the Washington Bureau chief of the LA Times, defended the paper’s poll on Wednesday night saying the LA Times/USC Dornsife poll was one of the only accurate polls in 2012 predicting Obama’s victory.

and wait until election when those “un-pollables” - the 1.8 million who weren’t registered to vote, did so JUST so’s they could vote for Trump in the primaries - and I have a suspicion at least that many more have since... wait until THEIR votes get counted -

Personally, the evil, vindictive part of me would love to see Trump win the electoral college and lose the popular vote by several points just to see Hillary, Obama and the liberal media's heads explode and listen to screaming and hair pulling about the terrible constitutional system created by those "dead white guys" that denied "the smartest women in the world" the presidency. But the more rational part of me realizes it would be better if Trump won in a landslide and left no question in any mind that is legitimate.

Agree fully with your post #25. It just has to happen. I think Trump was expressing his doubts (straightforward as he usually is) when he said, and I paraphrase, It will be the biggest waste of time and money, times 100, if I don’t win.
If this poll shows Trump up by 4 in 2 weeks this is over and it will be President Trump and it will be morning in America again
I think Trump is running for multiple reasons.
I think there was a “If you want to get it done right, I’ll just have to do it myself” moment with Mr Trump. And I think it’s sincere. He sees the status quo as dreadful and wants to bring the country to a better place.
I think there’s an “Alexander wept” aspect, also.
He has my vote. And he will win!
