Trump MUST

Posted on 10/07/2016 7:04:54 PM PDT by LeonardFMason

Trump MUST start the debate with a sincere apology and a quick pivot.

"Before I answer questions about the truly critical issues facing this nation; a stagnant economy, unsecured borders, a breakdown of law and order, a military in desperate need of rebuilding, and our deteriorating standing in the world I need to apologize. An 11year old recording of a private conversation I had was made public. I said some things that were crude, coarse, and undignified. There is no excuse and no explanation. I want to apologize to everyone and say I'm sorry for what I said. It was especially upsetting to Melania, Ivanka, and Tiffany. I apologize to them with all my heart. My son's told me to "man up" and take responsibility. I do.

My hope since I entered this race was to help address the important issues facing EVERY American and this great nation. That will be my focus tonight."

THAT'S IT!

If a Liberal insists on bringing it up simply say. " I apologized for what I said. What problem facing all Americans can I address for you."

PIVOT TO Hillary and hammer her on her two-faced, say one thing to deceive the public and do the opposite privately. Hammer her on Open Borders. Hammer her on her lies about her emails. Hammer her on her complete failure with Russia.

If another question comes up about women. " I have apologized. Let's talk about some of the big issues that women tell me they are concerned about: A, B, and C."

FOCUS, DISCIPLINE, ISSUES, FOCUS, DISCIPLINE, FOCUS, ISSUES

“if he stepped aside for Pence I would be so happy. Sure I was gonna vote Trump but only due to the Supreme Court, outside of that I can’t stand him
Go Pence”

So you’re a cowardly cuck. Glad you admitted it.

You’re probably a fan of the son of Satan, Paul Ryan.

His statement was honest and enough!

Except for those people like you who think he has to beg for forgiveness for using language that is used commonly today.

Grow up!

Newt’s problems weren’t the marriages, it was habit of defending the GOPe!

This is going to legitimately put Clinton’s escapades on the table. If Trump said crude and stupid things while bragging to the guys on the golf course 21 years ago and it’s game, then Billy’s victims need to be marched out. They need to give an account of what was actually DONE to them, and what Mrs. Slick did to silence them.

Spot on, Rockin' JudyInCanada! Hilary opened Pandora's Box and now the horrors of the world are going to descend upon that sick witch! Open Season, lock and load.... Oh this is going to be fun!

he already pivoted, which, as you suggest, he must nimbly and continuously do at every occasion from here on out..

Why not restate that he could take "no" for an answer and he never aided and abetted a serial rapist by attacking the rape victims????

You have been taken in by the diversion.

IMHO - do it, but off the debate stage. Private, harmless banter, reformed man, hurtful, etc.

While he’s at it, quickly diffuse the fake stories about mocking disabled reporter, etc.

Debate:
Start the debate by listing several of Hollary’s lies to the people, Congress, FBI. Discredit her entire debate.

Debate formula: 25% discredit, 75% issues

You are right. Pence was a great Trump pick and I grow to value him highly as he shows his metal in multiple pressers, rallies & townhalls. After Trump he may yet be President but he could no more have made it through Primary season and the onslaught Trump has survived than the man in the moon.

Trump is the black swan event that may free us from being one among many countries in the borderless world the Globalists were driving us towards. We were already closing on the chute. Straight ahead: precipitous loss of Freedom, embrace of shared poverty and the perils of being defenseless in a jungle world patrolled by Islamic fundamentalists.

You need to grow up. If you read the post I was replying to, you wouldn’t make such a silly comment.

I seriously doubt Mike Pence talked about grabbing women by the p%^}# when he was 58 years old. Most middle aged men I know don’t. It’s not like they’re still at the fraternity house.

My father and grandfather didn’t talk that way. My guess is that the men in your family didn’t either. And I wasn’t advocating Pence take Trump’s place on the ticket. I was just providing an example to the poster of a man that doesn’t talk that way.

I am still voting for Trump.

And Roll Tide to you.

No where did I ever advocate replacing Trump on the ticket.

I was replying to a poster that wrote, “Not a single person running for any office can claim they haven’t said or done worse.”

I provided an easy example to the poster. I doubt Pence talked that way when he was 58. Most grown men I know don’t talk that way.

That all said, I am still supporting Trump. But I believe that things like the open mic recording will make it more difficult for him to win. It’s certainly not going to help him.

Thanks - folks are getting diverted from the salient issues and taking the bait. Trump may have made some lewd comments, as have 99% of all men and many women, but his words never had tangible ill effects on women. Hillary waged war on rape victims and caused actual damage to victims of her hubby and of at least one other rapist who defiled a 12-year-old girl. She is on record saying she knew the guy was guilty as sin and his ability to pass a lie detector test made her doubt those tests - even as she was blaming the 12-year-old victim for being raped. Then she says that what Trump did was unforgivable.

Looks like the leak of some of her pay-for-play speeches have the Sanders crew up in arms too - saying that the average citizen would be really concerned with the truth so she had to have both public and private stances --- IOW, she had to lie to the People so they wouldn't ostracize her right into jail....
