Where the presidential race stands today (Fallout From Comments? Trump +3)
LA Times ^

Posted on 10/08/2016 8:27:27 AM PDT by TigerClaws

The USC Dornsife/Los Angeles Times "Daybreak" poll tracks about 3,000 eligible voters until election day, asking on a regular basis about their support for Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump or other candidates as well as their likelihood of actually casting a ballot.

We update the data each day based on the weighted average of poll responses over the previous week. That means results have less volatility than some other polls, but also means the poll lags somewhat in responding to major events in the campaign. More about the poll and why it differs from others.

How would Hewitt know what’s coming? Is he also coordinating with Hillary’s people?

Trump is a known entity who has participated in trashy roasts where all kinds of foul language were used. The voters should have already factored in this kind of stuff.

The problem I see now is the MSM is treating this like the Monica debacle with non-stop coverage. It is sucking up all the oxygen and the MSM is ignoring the recent Hillary revelations.

Trump must stay on offense and not get baited to stay on defense.

I am hoping we are becoming more discerning about these attempts by the media. Becoming more media savvy. The traditional media is being turned off more and more by the population and I think we will see their influence decline.

Trump is showing us that now. Despite volley after volley slung at him, he is still strong.

NONE of the polls are accurate. None. The entire liberal media political system is against Trump. She could poll a flat zero and they would claim she made yet another gain against Trump.

You’re wrong about the impact. This is going to be bad for Trump. It shouldby given the standards set by liberal icons like JFK, Clinton and Obama but it will.

He will need to change the narrative and fast.

The Machiavellian in me says this was a planned leak to flush out the worthless RINOs so that President Trump is not beholden to them. Plus it’s a way to start the conversation about the Clintons being long-time rapist and rapist enablers/defenders, for those too young/stupid to know.

At around the same time, Gilda Radner did a bit on SNL as the front singer for a band, singing about her f*cked up fans.

Yes, except for never Trumpers Republicans who want to keep it alive and act like they are shocked that such language could occur, as in the case of Ryan and Cruz.

It is only bad for Trump for those who had no plans to vote for him in the first place and can use this as an excuse to justify their idiocy.

How about talking about Hillary’s open borders, or isn’t that important compared to some foul language?

My debate question : “Why did Bill Clinton’s molesting of a federal employee, Monica Lewinsky, during work hours not make him “unfit for office, “ Hillary?

Right friggin on!! I’ve already been denounced on this very site no less, and reported to Jim, for saying the same thing essentially—check out a few of my recent posts.

Ridiculousness of the liberals is just continually astonishing, and now I have to hear this kind of crap from some snowflakes on this site as well. I want that evil sow Hillary to be defeated, and if we freepers can’t slap candyasses when they deserve it and stay on point here, I guess we can’t anywhere.

Great post Tophat9000!
