Let Trump get their vote from citizens so long as they understand that Trump must then end H1B and send ALL of them back home so that those jobs can go back to Americans.
Exactly. Get the votes, but the H1-B, OPT, other job killing visas need to end.
As Trump said....."Indians are the highest achievers in education and entrepreneurship in the entire Country"....we want the good ones to remain here and stay here if born here and become Americans. Most do....they love this country and the freedom they have here.
The H1B system as designed sounds peachy; it was supposed to be to backfill for where Americans simply weren’t there.
But in practice, it sounds like a hideous perversion. I work as a pale face contractor along with H1B Indians, and the manager, the head cheese, is nervous. I think they know they have been making it through loopholes that are going to be in danger.
Donald, the deal maker perennial, could give us a proposal such as getting long time historical H1B workers on a citizenship option track. Might or might not fly, but again the Uniparty is not very enthused over anything. Indians are generally not going to pollute US culture. If they will throw their fates in with the USA, then they should be given the benefit of the doubt that was extended earlier to them.
95% of H1-B visa people are in IT, because there are 15-20 million computer programmers in the world, walking the streets, looking for jobs. There is virtually no H1-B visa foreigners working as lawyers, Biologists, chemists, accountants, mechanical engineers, aerospace engineers, nuclear engineers, Chiropractors, Judges, Law enforcement people etc.
