“Wouldn’t it be neat if ‘Wikileaks’ was actually the CIA / NSA”<<<

Doubtful, in that Wikileaks is far to capable. They run circles around the talent in those agencies. Mossad however...

Now isn't that just the 'feel good' thought of the week.

Uh, Robbie, I have a question.

If I accidentally walk in on Hillary and catch her yelling racist remarks, screaming, swearing, stomping, throwing things—do I really have to shoot myself so there are no witnesses?

How is Wikileaks publishing files even after Assange's Internet was cut?

Gee, I don't know.

It's almost as if Wikileaks is an organization that is composed of more than one individual!

"Assange would be a fool (and he’s not) if he hadn’t given duplicates to trusting compatriots"

I've been fascinated by this term "dead man's switch" that has turned up recently.

I know it refers to a case where someone has a contingency plan if anything happens to them.

O'Keefe has also hinted at this.

If so much as a hair on his head is touched, or he gets killed, there are backups that go thermonuclear.

Before there were computers, I know there were ways that people did this kind of thing.

Thirty years ago, one of my friends had a problem with a (corrupt) local politician who was threatening him in not very subtle ways.

He sent out letters to trusted friends and said:"If anything happens to me, send these letters to every media outlet. They contain all you need to know."

Then he sent a copy to the douchebag politician.

Amazingly, the creep knew that he was in big-time trouble, so he backed off of my friend.

I dunno if there was a "term" for this pre-internet, but it must have been a common tactic.

Kind of a MAD, mutally assured destruction weapon.

Isn’t it supposed to be something more than just one man’s creature? If Assange is some kind of radical anarchist or whatever he is, would he really have arranged the whole thing to be entirely dependent on himself? True, some anarchists may be secret authoritarians, but it’s unlikely that the whole operation depends on Assange.

Yes. And they think 'we' are even stupider.

After all 'we' voted for them.

Probably Assange’s folks have the IP showing as The White House—and Hillary’s folks are stupid enough to believe it.
