I think Trump should demand a pre-debate on-stage swearing in of the moderators. In the swearing-in statement, each moderator should swear on a bible that neither they or their surrogates or organizations have provided the questions to EITHER candidate prior to the debate.
Make them swear on a bible before God and country.

Make them swear on a bible before God and country. Knowing Hillary, she'd put her hand on the bible and the press would have taped the questions and answers to it. She'd palm them and then swear before God and country with a smile.
