If anyone here is connected to the Trump Campaign, I am advising them to get a conference call set up for Trump to talk directly to people like Kristol, Krauthammer, Jay Cost, Joe Scarborough, etc. He can reassure them regarding the Supreme Court, Taxes, Obamacare, etc., and to ask directly for their support. This is a time of war and our priority is to win. We need the Republicans to come home.
That is the purpose of the convention, this usually happens right before the start.
They're past the point of listening. Nothing Trump could do would bring them to support him at this late date.
Trump has already listed his Supreme Court choices. He gave his Gettysburg address. He has surrounded himself with brilliant people. Sen. Sessions, Newt, Rudy, Gov. Pence. The never Trumpers are part of the establishment. They will not change. They are incapable of change.
Trump should ignor them. They are irrelevant. Trump shouldn’t give them the time of day.
Won’t work. They prefer Hillary Clinton to GOP base voters. They’ve always hated us. Now it’s out in the open after Trump ripped the scab off.
They are shills for hilLIARy and nothing else

Trump called Limbaugh yesterday and talked to him about many things including Obamacare and how Hillary will implement single payer and how bad that will be. If the Never Trumpers still want to accuse him of being for single payer, it is because they have always had a dishonest agenda from day one.

It seems like most of them prefer Hillary’s court and policies. Their explanations don’t pass the smell test so it’s hard to tell exactly what their reasons are.
But it is safe to say they are ok with what Hillary brings even with a congress that’s not likely to push back much. If they are not ok they’d be doing everything they can to defeat Hillary and be in position to influence a Trump presidency - being an ally rather than an enemy now will be better for future relations.
At least a few would use the conference call to try to undermine Trump.
Trump’s surrogates should be calling these people. And should be pointing out publicly and constantly how the nevertrumpers are ok with what Hillary brings.

This is a plea for The Donald to take the bait so those that have opposed him can jump on the bandwagon, claim credit for the victory, and try to influence Donald’s cabinet choices and policies.
