Trump frustrated by lack of support from GOP establishment?

Donald Trump's campaign has ended fundraising events meant to support the Republican Party's get-out-the-vote efforts in next month's elections.

Aides to the Republican nominee told Fox News on Tuesday that Trump Victory, the joint fundraising committee for the GOP and the campaign, held its most recent fundraiser on Oct. 19 and no more such events were scheduled.

What “GOOD THING” did the Repubs do that helped Trump during his push to become POTUS? They have fought him every step of the way. I truly wish there were another “conservative” party to support as I have ZERO confidence and/or respect for any of the republican party. If Trump does get elected, it will NOT be because the repubs helped push him over the line.

Tell me what the Republican congress has gained for us? And, btw, I wish someone would cite for me where I encouraged others to not vote for the party or candidate of their choice. I haven’t. I believe everyone should make their own decisions. Where I vote, there’s barely a Republican running and they’re all Rino bastards.

I believe Donald would hold them accountable to his desires; he would also hold the Obama card of Executive Orders which they would not like to see used, but would prefer Donald swear off of EOs and allow them to negotiate what he wants. He would have more trouble with republicans then democrats.

Well, exactly. I see no evidence of Washington republicans wanting conservatives principles put forward or fighting for conservative judges. I don’t see evidence of it.

A Democrat controlled Senate will never approve any of President Trump’s Supreme Court nominees, at least not without forcing Trump to spend too much time and political capital, preventing him from getting much else done.

Yeah but do you think the rats in the House and Senate will go along with it if they get the majority back? I guarantee you they won’t, especially Nancy Piglosi who wants to be Speaker again, and Schumer who will become majority leader?

Let the GOP die.

It refuses to fight to win.

Fund-raising for it is like flushing good money down the drain.

No, they’ll fight it...It will take their constituents to shout them down...

Under the regular “professional politicians”, the constituency never hears about what goes on inside, but with Trump, I believe they’ll hear loud and clear...

We shouldn’t loose control of Congress. But a loss of a few key seats - like Paul Ryan’s would actually HELP by eliminating people who are useless collaborators.

Most of these current GOP Congress critters proved themselves useless during Obama’s tenure. My guess is if the same clown remain in power when Trump takes over, they will continue to collaborate with the Democrats and oppose him. He might even have more success getting some Democrats to help him if he picks up enough votes.

At any rate, Trump will need people with good political savey around him who know how to work the system and he needs to follow their advice,

"Obviously you do not realize that if we loose control of Congress to the rats, Donald Trump won’t be able to act on his plans to make America great again. Everything he wants to do, the rats will say no."

Well, somehow Reagan managed to get a lot done - he went to the PEOPLE.

Washington Post..owned by Bezos the Amazon guy

May 13, 2016 - Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump lashed out at Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos Thursday, claiming that the founder of Amazon.com was using the newspaper as a tool to influence corporate tax policy.

TIME FOR AN AMAZON BOYCOT.

The GOP has done nothing for Trump except try to tear him down at every turn.

“I never ask for more than I deserve
You know it’s the truth
You seem to think you’re God’s gift to this earth
I’m tellin’ you no way

You ‘ought to be thankful for the little things
but little things are all you seem to give
You’re always putting off what we could do today
Soap opera says
you’ve got one life to live
Who’s right, who’s wrong?

What have you done for me lately”

“When Trump wins, the first, absolute number one first priority is new leadership in both houses. If it’s Republican leadership that’s fine, if it has to be a commie Rat then so be it. In a way it might be better, at least you know what you’re dealing with.”

You’re absolutely right. On both counts.
