If you haven’t heard yet, close friend of the Clintons Terry McAuliffe, Governor Virginia, donated money to the campaign of a woman who’s married an FBI supervisor who was investigating Hillary Clinton’s e-mail scandal. He was later promoted by President Obama.

If you read the early history of the FBI, it is full of coverup and dead innocents.
There are multiple points of failure on a Stinger. I do not know if they can be launched with bad batteries, but the batteries are one of the points of failure.
