In memory of Levoy let’s all serve our jury duty when summoned unless we have a very, very valid excuse. Let’s exercise our jury nullification where appropriate and take our country back.

Wow, the beast lost. Some justice remains in USA. Some honest jurist showed real courage saying no to DC

I have already previewed or do not wish to preview this composition.

Loose lips sink ships.

In the News/Activism forum, on a thread titled Bundy brothers, 5 other Malheur wildlife refuge occupiers not guilty, walkingdead wrote:
The judge was trying with all her might to make sure they would be found guilty. Here is a quick run down:

Defendants were not allowed to speak of what the FBI did to LaVoy.

Not allowed to ask who the refuge belongs to.

Not allowed to quote the constitution.

Not allowed to know if some or all of the guns paraded around the courtroom were in fact the guns the FBI plants brought in.

Juror actually said he was ex BLM worker and was bias.

Judge actually tried to keep tainted juror in the box even after questioning him.

After judge found that mistrail would be called for, due to the bias juror, judge quickly dismissed him.

In the end, the brave jurors knew what it was to be an American citizen and saw through the obvious plan for the fedgov to get their man.

Good for the jury. After reading all the comments for all this time all I could think of was may oregonians chains rest lightly..... Now if you go to oregenlive website the commies are pouting with a handful of good Americans signing up just to throw the verdict in the commies faces.

Today is a good day!

Sounds like the Judge is now trying to make an example of defense council by having him assaulted and tased for a verbal argument and will charge him to prevent him from further practicing law.

I thought you needed a removal hearing to take out of district unless it is waived.

“I hope he haunts the person who murdered him for the rest of their life, and that they are tortured every day by what they did. “

The FBI is comprised of a gaggle of Lon Horiuchi’s who are simply killing machines for the government. They take “joy” in killing another human being if they can get away with it. President Trump needs to make sure that they can no longer do that.

JUSTICE OUT OF CONTROL

Bundy’s lawyer was tasered by the fbi and now HE is in jail. This judge is out of control.

“the truly disgusting part is that for about 8 or 9 minutes they just stood around and let him lay there. Not the slightest attempt to check his condition or administer first aid.”

While I agree 100% the scariest part to me was the ambush itself. They literally set up the roadblock and cut away branches and bushes to clear fields of fire BEFORE HAND. Pre planned roadblock, prepared interconnecting fields of fire....this is the stuff you practice in war, not on your own civilian population!

And if I remember correctly there were people here on FR trying to defend that! Unbelievable!

At least two fedguv always show up to defend feds on these stories. They’re vicious.

Yes, it was a setup and an ambush. Finicum had permission to go speak at the town he was going to.

There was no EMT anywhere. Fortunately, the people in the van had hunkered down, or they’d be dead, too.

” can’t even read the comments at that site anymore. They make me sick. As someone said here yesterday, those people are not my countrymen.”

I agree, the comments at oregonlive were unbelievable throughout this whole ordeal. I did go there to see them pouting and found a fair number of Americans posting on there about what a great day today was for America and for the American. Itizen. Boy those commies hated hearing that!

Oh, also I believe the quote of them not being my countrymen came from me, although I am sure most of us were thinking the same.

FBI will probably set up some roadblocks for the jurors now.

I've been assured by at least one idiot on here that a well-armed populace doesn't have a chance against heavily armed goon squads.

Some idiot thinks gorilla warfare would work here, it won't, without a supporting Army, care to form it up?

“The judge’s behavior toward the defendants in this case was atrocious!”

You bet it was. Here is a quick run down from what I saw following this case.

Defendants not allow to talk about the FBIs killing of LaVoy.

Not allowed to read from the Constitution.

Not allowed to ask who owns the refuge.

Not allowed to know how many, if not all, of the guns paraded around the courtroom were actually guns the FBI plants brought in.

Juror actual told other jurors he was an ex BLM employee and was bias.

Judge actually kept juror on panel even after questioning him.

Judge only dismissed tainted juror when she found tha a mistrial was going to be asked for.

Will the family of Levoy Finicum sue the .gov like the Weaver family did after Ruby Ridge? They should.

Exactky. And to think there are people who wished the fedgov had killed them all. Unbelievable...
