Nah, they didn't need to do this to help with that. They were already blaming wikileaks for the exact same thing. But you have a point that this is being reported big time by outlets that normally would just suppress it. Somebody really wanted to make this an issue for the Clinton campaign.

I do believe that this situation does provide a convenient way for liberals to claim that Hillary fumbled the ball and lost the race and that Trump didn’t legitimately win and therefore he has no mandate to push his agenda forward.
