Folks, this is why you shouldn't be pimping blog postings on Free Republic.
All Hoft did was excerpt a lamestream media article, with a single line of commentary. That single line of commentary was demonstrably wrong, if you simply read the article.

Ortega applied to vote in Tarrant County and acknowledged on the application form that she was not a citizen, White said. The county rejected her application and notified her she was not qualified to vote.
But five months later, she applied again and this time claimed she was a citizen, White said.
Ortega never did vote in Tarrant County, but investigators learned she had voted in Dallas County, he said.
Dallas County Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole said records showed that Ortega had voted a total of five times.
The first was in the Republican primary in 2004 and the most recent was the Republican primary runoff in May 2014, Pippins-Poole said.
Illegal voting is a 2nd-degree felony, punishable by two to 20 years in prison.
The investigation was conducted by the Tarrant County District Attorney's office and the Texas Attorney General's office.
If you see a blog posting you want to pimp on Free Republic: stop right there.
Read the blog posting, and see if it is original content, or if it just excerpts a lamestream media article. If it's the latter, skip the blog posting and post the article.
Of course, you should search FR for the title of the article, and make sure it hasn't already been posted. The same article effectively gets posted over and over again, as people pimp blog postings that add no new content.
Why shouldn't you pimp content-free blog postings? Because you doing nothing but directing clicks to them, so they can collect the ad revenue.
And in the worst case -- like this one -- you propagate commentary that is just flat wrong.
Execute her sorry ASS as an enemy agent for subverting the rights of all US citizens.

Yeah that sounds like a good plan. She needs a harsh penalty to never vote illegally again. She shouldn’t even be in the country. Needs to be kicked out.
