Report: Indictment 'Likely' in FBI's Clinton Foundation Probe
thehill.com ^ | November 02, 2016

Two sources within the FBI told Fox News on Wednesday that the investigation of the Clinton Foundation is likely to lead to an indictment.

Fox News' Bret Baier said Wednesday that the FBI probe into a possible pay-to-play scheme between Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation has been going on for over a year.

Sources told the news network that the investigation, which is conducted by the White Collar Crime division of the FBI, is a "very high priority."

One source further stated that the bureau collected "a lot of" evidence, adding that "there is an avalanche of new information coming every day."

Baier also said that the Clinton Foundation probe is more expansive than previously thought, and that many individuals have been interviewed several times throughout the course of the investigation.

Sources said that they are "actively and aggressively pursuing this case" and that investigations are likely to continue.

Baier added that when he pressed the sources about the details of both probes, they told him that they are likely to lead to an indictment.

Additionally, Baier reported that according to Fox News' sources, Clinton's private email server had been breached by at least five foreign intelligence hackers. FBI Director James Comey said in July that he could not say definitively whether her server had been breached.

“Yeah but is anything specific going to drop before Tuesday?”

Count on it.

If the FBI doesn’t destroy Hillary, she will destroy them.

Zero chance. DOJ won’t sign up to this.

It’ll be Trumps people in January who carry this on.

But here’s my prediction. President Trump appoints a independent prosecutor and tells him to move slow. Around March, Trump goes and offers a pardon. The deal to the pardon will be no more foundation ever to exist, no more politics, no more TV appearances, etc. She refuses the deal.

Around August, the charges are laid out and there’s at least 20 charges. President Trump calls again, and offers the pardon deal, and she accepts by November of 2017.

AG will argue that justice and law enforcement will not act in any way prior to the election to assure fair elections.
Another way to say it, they’ll kick the can down the road while they take care of the “enemies” while rewriting a palatable explaination to be dutifully trumpeted by their (paid) syncophants in the media.

VA’s former Gov. Bob McDonnell was indicted and tried for federal offenses far lighter than this.

But then.. the Clintons...

That would disappoint me and many others. She needs to be in prison.

...he deal...no more politics, no more TV appearances, etc. She refuses the deal...

An addition to the hypothetical,..a relinquishment of all tainted money received by the Clinton Family Crime Foundation.

Maybe we will get a Friday surprise for people to mull over this weekend. I doubt it will happen, but a “recommendation for the indictment of Hillary R. Clinton” would be nice.

If Comey answers them, the questions in Grassley's October 31 letter will be damaging enough, on the server issue.

Grassley has also sent a letter to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz, on conflicts of interest within the DoJ on the server issue.

Accordingly, please respond to the following questions no later than November 4, 2016:

  1. Has anyone at the FBI had the ability to read any of the content of the newly discovered emails? If not, then how do you know that they appear to be pertinent to the FBI's inquiry? If so, does any of the content upon initial review suggest obstruction of or false statements to Congress or the FBI by Secretary Clinton or her senior aides? Please explain.
  2. What time frame do the newly discovered emails cover and approximately how many are there?
  3. Is there any preliminary information to suggest that a significant number of the newly discovered emails are duplicates of emails already reviewed by the FBI?
  4. Did the FBI obtain the device(s) through which it learned of the existence of new emails mentioned in your letter on Friday through compulsory process? If so, please describe the nature and scope of the process in detail. If not, then how did the FBI learn of the existence of the new emails mentioned in your letter?
  5. At any point in the Clinton email investigation, did the FBI request use of a grand jury from the Justice Department? If not, why not? If the Department declined, please describe the circumstances in detail. Who at the Justice Department made that decision and what grounds were given for the denial?
  6. At any point in the Clinton investigation, did the FBI request an application for a search warrant from the Justice Department? If not, why not? If so, what was the Department's response? If the Department declined, please describe the circumstances in detail. Who at the Justice Department made that decision and what grounds were given for the denial?
  7. According to news reports, the FBI has recently obtained a search warrant for the emails in question. If those reports are accurate, please provide the Committee with copies of the material provided to the court in support of the warrant, including any affidavits executed by FBI personnel.
  8. According to news reports, the FBI has also been conducting a criminal inquiry involving the Clinton Foundation. Yet, Justice Department officials reportedly denied the FBI's request for a grand jury in that matter and pressured senior FBI officials not to pursue the matter through other means. Is it true that the Department denied the FBI's request for a grand jury in the Clinton Foundation investigation?
  9. Press reports also indicate that the Justice Department denied the FBI the ability to search the laptops of senior Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson for information related to the Clinton Foundation inquiry. Is it true that the FBI requested such a search of the Mills and Samuelson laptops, but DOJ denied that request? If the FBI did make such a request, was that request made before or after the Department executed its agreement with Mills and Samuelson for a narrow voluntary search and destruction of the laptops?
  10. Please provide the committee with all records related to communications between FBI and DOJ officials regarding: (a) requests for any sort of court-supervised process, such as empaneling a grand jury or applying for a search warrant in connection with the Clinton email or Clinton Foundation investigations, or (b) the Mills and Samuelson laptops that were to subject of limited immunity agreements.

I was going to post this at another thread on the same subject but lost that thread.. Odd that this has been so quiet.. We can only HOPE that something big comes out of it!! Keep your fingers crossed!

http://www.dallasobserver.com/news/the-dallas-irs-office-thats-quietly-determining-the-fate-of-the-clinton-foundation-8864404

“”The Earle Cabell Federal Building in downtown Dallas is an all purpose office complex, a bastion of federal bureaucracy located at 1100 Commerce St. Most people come for a passport or to get business done in front of a federal judge. But inside, a quiet review is underway that has direct ties to the raging presidential election: The local branch of the IRS’ Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division is reviewing the tax status of the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation.””

I think if you worded the pardon deal....no foundation is to exist, period, and no more participation in politics....for her, that’s the effect of prison. She’d have to live off her Senate and Sec of State pension. Total of 12 years of gov’t service. I’m only guessing but it probably won’t go beyond $70,000 a year.

I’d also put in a line to the pardon that she can’t travel overseas except to attend funerals.

But I think this is now a race for President Obama. He’ll have to offer her a pardon deal. But if the FBI stalls this process, he won’t know what to write into the pardon to make it effective.

Don’t you suppose that the Clintons have already moved millions of dollars out of the country and are looking to move somewhere where they can’t be prosecuted?

I think that on Friday, the FBI will recommend the DOJ to indict Huma and Wiener. That alone will doom hillary.

Justice Department prosecuted 4 cases like Hillary’s
‘Clintons being held by a different set of standards’

Published: 07/06/2016 at 7:54 PM

One was former President Bill Clinton’s CIA director.

Another was Clinton’s national security adviser.

The other two were members of the U.S. armed forces.

Comey said “no reasonable prosecutor” would pursue charges against Hillary Clinton based on “how similar situations have been handled in the past.”

But, based upon the four “similar situations” described below, that just is not true.
