The purpose of voter ID laws are obvious to anyone but elitist judges who ignore clear evidence of electoral fraud, while simultaneously buying bogus arguments of “voter suppression” because some welfare recipients are too lazy to get off their asses and obtain a government issued photo ID.
Perhaps Voter ID’s should be issued free of charge. Then there is no real excuse.
Here’s what bothers me. Did you see the “vote here” sign? It was printed in several foreign languages. Correct me if I’m wrong but in order to become a citizen aren’t you required to become somewhat proficient in English? Or did that requirement get PC’d away?
They are, they are called a Military ID .
Um, most (all?) states offer free picture IDs.
We have idiots in every agency of Gov who have no concept of our history much less what assimilate means.
Unfortunately, even if free, they must now be legally mandated. Even then, there will be countless ID Clerks who will sell them unless they MUST include encrypted biometric data!
Very SAD that we now have reached the point where "Your Papers Please" is now required for the survival of the USA!

We should demand everything be printed in pig latin.
The cost of ID’s vary by state from $3 in Florida all the way to $29 for a ten year Oregon ID. What state is free?
Alabama and Texas for two, not sure which others.
South Carolina is.

“If you don’t have a driver’s license to prove your identity, you can apply for a free ID card through the South Carolina DMV.”
