Reminds me of a story I heard about Anwar Sadat. He was asked to do an hour-long interview for one of these Sunday night new shows (I think it was "60 Minutes"). He asked how long the segment was going to be, and was told that it would be 20 minutes long.

He said he'd do a 20-minute interview, and that was it.

He knew damn well that the interview would be edited to fit someone else's agenda.

Leslie Stall was a typical lefty in this interview. Trying to get gotcha questions on Trump, and falsely using the liberal narrative that Trump is racist and scary because all the snowflakes are scared of him. I wish Trump would have done more to correct LEslie that these arent protestors but rioters and that her false claim that Trump supporters are harrassing Hillary supporters or rioters, when in fact the opposite is true. I hope Trump was just playing it cool since it was his first interview and wanted to play nice FOR NOW.

When Trump lobbed a question back at Leslie that CBS would never be biased like the other media, her expression was one of guilt as she smirked and then laughed and looked away. That was her “tell”

I would have loved it if after her first gotcha question at Trump, he would have said politely, “I thought that CBS didn’t engage in smear type interviews” and tell her the interview is over and to leave Trump Towers and have her escorted out by security. I know that wouldn’t play well and would cause Soros’ funder riot squad to become more emboldened, so just as Trump was saying in the beginning of the interview, this was Trump retraining from doing what he wanted to do, which would have been to tell off this miserable harpy.
