No they were rebuilding with new walls - I was at one of the non-nuc locations just 18 months ago. All the wreckage had been cleared but what remained was being repaired and rebuilt. New barriers were well underway - 3m likely wouldn’t be a problem from what I saw. But they really didn’t need this again this soon.

ON Japan news around 6 pm they said a tsunami of about 5 feet had hit. Just hope this was the big one for now and not a fore shock. Right after the new moon could be a serious event with the moon closer than usual and gravity from the sun and moon pulling in the same direction.
