A pre-inaugural spokesperson is not the spokesperson of an inaugurated President, nor does it set in stone further actions based on law and recommendations from honest heads of the FBI and DoJ.
Some people here are avidly looking for reasons to abandon a President even before he takes office. I’m not one of them. I’ll have to hear the official announcement “SHE WILL NOT BE PROSECUTED” when he is President first.
If it is true and he doesn’t, then me and him have a bone to pick.
Spin it anyway you want, I think the fact is that the Clintons will never see the inside of a court for anything she did while Secretary of Defense or for the Clinton Foundation.
