I'm not certain what this means.

Trump will not pursue charges but she did not say Trump would stop the investigations that are already on going.

I would let her off the hook, until George Soros quits funding and supporting the protest and the rioting that is planned for the inaugural address.

If Trump hints that Hillary is totally safe, and then if Obama goes ahead and pardons Hillary “for whatever” it makes her look SUPER BAD.

And if Obama does NOT pardon Hillary — no need to, right? — and if Trump’s AG recommends and pursues investigations, then that’s just the way it goes, eh?

I see no downside.

First disappointment.
I’m sure it won’t be the last, but we are still better off than if the Wicked Witch of Chappaqua had won.

Doesn’t mean the few hundred FBI agents throwing up over her deeds may not round up a grand jury to do the job?

According to Conway, Clinton still faces a challenge in rebuilding her own image and suggested this was part of Trump helping the former first lady “heal."

It is not the duty of a president to "heal" his former opponent. It is the duty of a president to uphold the law.

I think he know she is not well. He has the inside now, I am pretty sure it’s due to health or mind or both

“U.S. Representative Jason Chaffetz, Republican chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has said he will continue investigating Clinton’s use of a private server.

But Conway indicated Trump would frown on that.

“When the president-elect, who’s also the head of your party now, tells you before he’s even inaugurated he doesn’t wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message - tone and content - to the members,” Conway said on MSNBC.”

Charges must be pursued. The Clintons are symptomatic of entrenched politicians not being punished for criminal activity. We need an example.

She and Bill can not just walk away. It makes a mockery of the judicial system. However, it looks like Trump is really trying to heal the national wound, somehow, anyhow. That is a LOT more than Barack and the Clintons and their followers did or has been doing. Maybe, just maybe we are finally headed back in the right direction.

This is just plain wrong!

Is Trump caving in to a two-tiered society?

TRUMP SPEAKS FOR TRUMP.

AND TRUMP LEAVES HIS OPTIONS ON THE TABLE UNTIL HE SAYS HE’S TAKING THEM OFF THE TABLE.

We shall see. Hard to run on his platform of going after her and now calling them 'good people'.

Never trust .gov to do the right thing.

If an administration concludes that they will not press charges in a particular case, then the FBI will stop investigating those charges.

That’s what happened in July. Comey declared that there would be no charges pressed in the Hillary email server case, and the FBI stopped investigating. Judge Napolitano claims from his sources that the FBI field agents were asking to see Hillary’s medical records and that is why he announced there would be no charges, in order to stop the investigation.

It was only when the NYPD came across Weiner’s laptop that Comey agreed the FBI agents could start investigating again, but limited to that item.

If Trump announces there will be no charges against Clinton on the email server or the foundation, which it appears to be what his spokesmen is saying, then there will be no FBI investigations into those matters.
